Our key management and founders come from Europe, bringing Western-level leadership, structure, and service quality to the Indonesian BPO market.
Our team combines European management excellence with Indonesia’s natural hospitality and friendliness, creating a service culture that feels both personal and professional.
We began as an in-house 24/7 customer support team under Icon Host Bali, a leading Bali property management company serving international guests since 2017.

Over the years, our support operation handled thousands of guest requests from around the world — across time zones, languages, and cultures — gaining invaluable experience in help desk, guest relations, and revenue management for hospitality businesses.
This deep operational background became the foundation for CustomerFirst Indonesia.
